          COVID-19 updates

          April 2, 2020: Increase in Product Lead-Times

In my first COVID-19 update on March 24th, I committed to keeping you informed on any change in status with regard to the supply of our power modules. Over the past 2 weeks, we have seen many of our key component suppliers increasing their lead-times. To ensure that we meet our delivery commitments, we are asking that you plan around the following:

As of today April 1st, all Vicor product lead-times for new orders will be increased by 4 weeks, which depending on the product family means a range of 20 to 24 weeks.

          March 24, 2020

In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, the Governor of Massachusetts issued an executive order on March 23rd requiring all non-essential businesses to close.

As a supplier of components to contractors and sub-contractors designated as “critical infrastructure” within the Defense Industrial Base, pursuant to Presidential Policy Directive 21 (PPD-21): Critical Infrastructure Security and Resilience; Vicor will continue operations during the state of emergency declared by the Governor.

At the present time, our product lead-times are not affected but we will, of course, keep you updated of any changes as the COVID-19 crisis continues to evolve.

On behalf of Vicor, I wish you and your families the very best and as always thank you very much for your business and support.

Corporate Vice President WW Sales and Marketing
